Director / Music Together Teacher / Piano Instructor
Hi everyone. My name is Brenda Limaldi. I am the Center Director of Sunny Bee Music & Art Center. I have been teaching for almost 25 years, and have been a music teacher in Brick Township since 1999. I taught for ten years at the Brick Township Primary Learning Center, a school which housed preschool and kindergarten students. In 2002, I took a hiatus from teaching to be home with my children. I opened Brenda’s Busy Bees, a family day care center for infants and children up to age 5. I have been teaching Music K-5 at Veterans Memorial Elementary School for the past 8 years. In 2016, I became a Music Together Center director and teacher (Music Together Sunny Bee) with locations in Point Pleasant, at Clarizio Music Studio, and in Howell, at Sweet Music Academy.
It has been a lifelong dream to open my own studio. I strive to provide a joyful and nurturing place, free of judgment, where children can explore and create. I also want to bring families together and form a community.
This dream would not have been possible, if it weren’t for the love and support of my family and friends, especially my husband, Anthony, and my children John and Giovanna. I dedicate the creation of Sunny Bee Music & Art Center to my mother, Nydia Berdugo, who sadly passed away in January of 2014. She will forever by my source of inspiration, and my belief that ALL things are possible.
“Life is full of beauty. Notice it. Notice the bumble bee, the small child, and the smiling faces. Smell the rain, and feel the wind. Live your life to the fullest potential, and fight for your dreams.” – Ashley Smith

I first learned to crochet when I was you and picked it back up as I got older. What started as a way to unwind at the end of a long day quickly became a passion. I’ve created and sold a variety of projects, which you can see photos of on my Facebook page
